To provide a vehicle door buffer capable of suppressing noise generated by vibration of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A door buffer 10 comprises: a buffer main body 15 formed of an elastic body; and an abutting member 16 integrated with the buffer main body 15 that is harder than the buffer main body 15, having a vehicle body side abutting surface 16b capable of abutting on a door stopper 12.
