To provide a main reinforcement fixture capable of stabilizing a shape of a reinforcement structure used for a reinforcement concrete construction in a vertical direction and a main reinforcement structure.SOLUTION: A main reinforcement fixture 4 is used for a reinforcement arrangement of a plurality of main reinforcements 2 composing reinforcement concrete and is in annular shape by a metallic linear body, and recess parts 41 opened to the outside and formed slightly larger than an outer diameter of the main reinforcement 2 are arranged at an outer peripheral part at a prescribed interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
