ATTACHMENT FOR STRUCTURE INSTALLATION AND INSTALLATION METHOD FOR STRUCTURE WITH ATTACHMENT THEREON
To provide an attachment for structure installation and a structure installation method capable of installing a structure on the underwater ground with work surfaces substantially parallel to each other regardless of a profile of the underwater ground.SOLUTION: An attachment 2 is provided with: a body 10 having a guide hole and attached on a structure S; a leg 20 inserted in the guide hole in a moveable state; and an engagement release mechanism forming an engaged state where the leg 20 is engaged with the body 10 and an unengaged state. When the structure S on which a plurality of attachments 2 is attached is installed on the underwater ground G, a method includes steps of: suspending the structure S with wires in a state the legs 20 are engaged on the body 10 so as to make a work surface generally horizontal; lifting down the legs 20 to make a lower surface 22 thereof abut on the underwater ground G in a state the legs 20 are not engaged with the body 10; and loosening the wire W on which the structure is suspended after switching from the unengaged stated to the state the legs 20 are engaged with the body 10 again.
