To provide a building method of a building structure which suppresses generation of waste materials based on a flat plate-like structural material and can be easily constructed, and the building structure.SOLUTION: A building method of a building structure includes: a first step of manufacturing a plurality of partial plate materials by cutting a flat plate material in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the plate material; a second step of manufacturing a plurality of trapezoidal plate materials by cutting each partial plate material manufactured in the first step diagonally so that cut surfaces neighboring in a shorter direction of the partial plate material is directed in a direction different from each other; and a third step of sequentially joining neighboring trapezoidal plates with each other via a cut side between the neighboring trapezoidal plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】平板状の構造材に基づいて廃材の発生を抑え且つ簡易に建築可能な建築構造物の建築方法及び建築構造物を提供する。【解決手段】平板状の板材を、当該板材の長手方向に平行に切断することで複数の部分板材を作製する第一工程と、第一工程において作製された各部分板材を、当該部分板材の短手方向において隣り合う切断面同士が互い違いな方向を向くよう斜めに切断することで複数の台形板材を作製する第二工程と、前記第二工程において作製された部分板材毎の複数の台形板材に基づき、隣り合う台形板材同士を当該隣り合う台形板材間の切断辺を介して順次接合する第三工程と、を含む。【選択図】図8
