POLYVINYL ACETAL RESIN, COMPOSITION FOR CERAMIC GREEN SHEET, CERAMIC GREEN SHEET AND LAMINATED CERAMIC CAPACITOR
To provide a polyvinyl acetal resin from which a composition that exhibits high viscosity even with a small addition amount and has high coating property without using an excessive solvent can be produced and a ceramic green sheet having excellent mechanical strength even when being formed into a thin layer can be produced; and to provide a composition for a ceramic green sheet, a ceramic green sheet and a laminated ceramic capacitor using the polyvinyl acetal resin in the manufacture of a laminated electronic component such as a laminated ceramic capacitor.SOLUTION: A polyvinyl acetal resin has an average degree of polymerization of more than 4,500 and 10,000 or less, and has an acetal group content of 45-80 mol%, a hydroxyl group amount of 18-50 mol%, and an acetyl group content of 0.5-20 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】積層セラミックコンデンサ等の積層型電子部品の製造において、少ない添加量でも高い粘度を発現して過剰の溶剤なしでも高い塗工性を有する組成物を作製可能であり、薄層とした場合でも優れた機械的強度のセラミックグリーンシートを作製可能なポリビニルアセタール樹脂を提供する。また、該ポリビニルアセタール樹脂を用いてなるセラミックグリーンシート用組成物、セラミックグリーンシート及び積層セラミックコンデンサを提供する。【解決手段】平均重合度が4500を超え、10000以下であり、アセタール基量が45~80モル%、水酸基量が18~50モル%、アセチル基量が0.5~20モル%である、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂。【選択図】なし
