PARTITION WALL SUBSTRATE STRUCTURE, PARTITION WALL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PARTITION WALL SUBSTRATE STRUCTURE
To provide a partition wall substrate structure capable of efficiently fixing a plurality of studs to each other at a T-shaped part or a cross-shaped part of a partition wall, and mounting a reinforcing face material for reinforcement on the partition wall without processing the studs themselves.SOLUTION: A partition wall substrate structure 1 has a stud 3 and a hat-shaped member 4. In the extending direction of the partition wall, two studs 3 are positioned apart from each other with non-adhesion surfaces 3b thereof opposed to each other. The hat-shaped member 4 is positioned between the infill attachment surfaces 3a and 3a of the two studs 3 and 3. A through-length screw S2 penetrates both non-sticking surfaces 3b and 3b of the stud 3, and penetrates a center side flat plate part 4a of the hat-shaped member 4. By this through-length screw S2, the stud 3 at the T-shaped part is connected to the two studs 3 and 3 through the hat-shaped member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】間仕切り壁のT字部や十字部において複数のスタッドの相互固定が効率的に行え、また、間仕切り壁に補強用の補強面材を取り付ける施工がスタッド自体の加工無しで行える間仕切り壁下地構造を提供する。【解決手段】間仕切り壁下地構造1は、スタッド3と、ハット形部材4とを備えている。間仕切り壁の延設方向に、2本のスタッド3が互いの非貼付面3bを対向させて離間して位置している。上記2本のスタッド3・3の面材貼付面3a・3a間に渡ってハット形部材4が位置している。貫通長螺子S2は、上記スタッド3の両非貼付面3b・3bを貫通するとともに、上記ハット形部材4の中央側平板部4aを貫通している。この貫通長螺子S2によって、上記T字部のスタッド3がハット形部材4を介して上記2本のスタッド3・3に連結されている。【選択図】図1
