To provide a dielectric composition which enables achievement of both of a long life and superior capacity temperature characteristic; a laminate ceramic electronic part; and a manufacturing method of the laminate ceramic electronic part.SOLUTION: A dielectric composition comprises: a base material containing barium titanate zirconate as a primary component, which includes zirconium of 4 at% or more and 30 at% or less to a total quantity of titanium and zirconium, and of which the atomic concentration ratio of barium is 1 up to 1.1 to a total atomic concentration of titanium and zirconium; and a subcomponent containing europium of 2 at% or more and 4 at% or less to a quantity of titanium of the barium titanate zirconate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
