To provide a traffic safety management system capable of supporting consideration of measures to achieve future traffic safety.SOLUTION: A traffic safety management system 1 includes: a storage part 22 which memorizes the traffic restriction information, the traffic accident information, and the external big data containing the real running data of vehicles; an analysis part 23B which extracts at least a part of the information stored in the storage part 22 and identifies dangerous traffic spots; and a display control part 23C which generates the display data for displaying the dangerous traffic spots based on the analysis results of the analysis part 23B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
