OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM OF HEAT TREATMENT FACILITY, AND OPERATION SUPPORT PROGRAM
To support appropriate operation by comprehensively monitoring energy management, dryness quality control, and safety control in a heat treatment facility.SOLUTION: Energy management information, product quality information, and facility maintenance information are obtained by combining control signal information and measured value information on the work of an asphalt plant 10 to each other. On the basis of obtained energy management information, product quality information, and facility maintenance information, work state information of the asphalt plant 10 and pieces of advice information (1) to (5) to lead to improve operation of the asphalt plant 10 are provided. The advice information includes (1) service to provide information about raw data, (2) service to automatically obtain operation data and analyze them by machine learning to propose optimal operation parameters, (3) service to provide information about trend tabulation data, (4) service to provide advice to lead to operation improvement, and (5) service to determine an optimal operation method derived by machine learning from past operation data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
