To provide a jacket, jacket structure, and jacket structure construction method that can secure sufficient anticorrosion properties as a water body structure, can shorten the usage period of a work ship, and can shorten the construction period at a site.SOLUTION: A jacket installed above a plurality of piles 80, comprises: a plurality of steel pipe legs 14 having an inner space into which each of the plurality of piles 80 can be inserted; a plurality of upper girders 16 connecting the upper ends of the plurality of steel pipe legs 14 to each other; and an upper steel plate 20 that is attached to the plurality of the upper girders 16 by welding or mechanical joining so as to cover the space between the plurality of the upper girders 16 from above while not covering the inner space of the steel pipe legs 14 from above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
