STRUT CONNECTION STRUCTURE
To provide a strut connection structure which is easy to construct and whose construction period can be shortened.SOLUTION: A strut connection structure is a structure for connecting the lower part of the outer surface of a main girder with a strut, which diagonally connects the lower part of the outer surface of the main girder and an overhanging deck of a box girder bridge. The connection structure includes a first joint surface provided at the lower part of the outer surface of the main girder, a second joint surface provided on the strut to be joined to the first joint surface, a steel pipe insertion hole opening on the first joint surface, a recess part provided in the second joint surface to form a space between the first joint surface and the second joint surface, a steel shear key fitted into the space, a steel pipe that penetrates the steel shear key in the axial direction of the strut and is inserted into the steel pipe insertion hole with one end protruding from the lower surface of the steel shear key, and an anchor bar attached to the strut so that the tip protrudes from the second joint surface. Inserting the anchor bar into the steel pipe of the steel shear key fitted into the space causes the strut to be connected to the lower part of the outer surface of the main girder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工が容易で、工期を短縮化することのできるストラット接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】このストラット接続構造は、箱桁橋の主桁外面下部と張出床版とを斜めに連結するストラットの、主桁外面下部との接続構造において、主桁外面下部に設けられた第1の接合面と、第1の接合面と接合されるようにストラットに設けられた第2の接合面と、第1の接合面に開口する鋼管挿入孔と、第1の接合面と第2の接合面との間に空間を形成するように第2の接合面に設けられた窪み部と、空間に嵌め込まれる鋼製せん断キーと、鋼製せん断キーにストラットの軸方向に貫通し、かつ一端部が鋼製せん断キーの下面より突出して鋼管挿入孔に挿入される鋼管と、第2の接合面より先端部が突出するようにストラットに取り付けられたアンカーバーとを具備し、アンカーバーが前記空間に嵌め込まれた鋼製せん断キーの鋼管内に挿入されることによって、主桁外面下部にストラットが接続されるように構成されたものである。【選択図】図2
