COMBUSTION METHOD FOR FUEL USING PULVERIZED COAL BURNER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CEMENT
To provide a combustion method that uses a pulverized coal burner to burn pulverized coal and gas fuel.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a combustion method for fuel for cement raw material combustion that uses a pulverized coal burner 10 having a plurality of flow passages concentrically, and the combustion method comprises jetting a hollow pulverized coal flow 200 as fuel from a tip of the pulverized coal burner 10 and also jetting gas flows 310, 320 around the pulverized coal flow 200 and into an internal space PIN surrounded with the pulverized coal flow 200. Part of the pulverized coal fuel may be burnt by the pulverized coal burner instead of gas fuel to burn a cement raw material. The amount of pulverized coal used for conventional mono-fuel combustion of pulverized coal can be reduced to contribute to actualization of decarbonization society. The gas flows 310, 320 consist of a mixed gas of gas fuel and an inert gas. The rate of input energy of the gas flows to input energy of the whole fuel is 30% or more and less than 50%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】微粉炭バーナーを用いて微粉炭とガス燃料と燃焼させる燃焼方法を提供する。【解決手段】同心状に流路を複数有する微粉炭バーナー10を用いたセメント原料焼成用の燃料の燃焼方法であって、燃料として、微粉炭バーナー10の先端から中空の微粉炭流200を噴出させると共に、微粉炭流200のまわりと微粉炭流200で囲われる内部空間PINとにガス流310,320を噴出させる。微粉炭燃料の一部をガス燃料に代えて、微粉炭バーナーによって燃焼させてセメント原料の焼成を行うことができる。従来の微粉炭専焼で使用する微粉炭の量を低減することができ、脱炭素化社会への実現にも貢献することもできる。ガス流310,320が、ガス燃料と不活性ガスとの混合気体で成る。燃料全体の投入エネルギーの中で、ガス流の投入エネルギーが占める割合が30%以上、且つ50%未満である。【選択図】図3
