To provide a water meter capable of securing cost down and stability of connection work of the water meter, and capable of preventing theft of the water meter by reducing reuse value after removing.SOLUTION: A water meter 1 has a lower case 2 having a measuring chamber 20 therein, and a flow-in port 2b and a flow-out port 2c in communication with the measuring chamber 20, and an upper case 3 closing an upper opening 2d of the lower case 2. Cylindrical connection parts 2e and 2f for connecting other members 5 are formed at the flow-in port 2b and the flow-out port 2c of the lower case 2. The entire lower case 2 or the connection parts 2e and 2f are made of resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水道メーターのコストダウンと接合作業の安定性を確保し、かつ、取り外した後の再利用価値を低減させて盗難を防止することができる水道メーターを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】水道メーター１は、内部が計量室２０となっていて、計量室２０に連通する流入口２ｂ及び流出口２ｃを有する下ケース２と、下ケース２の上面開口部２ｄを閉塞する上ケース３と、を備えている。下ケース２の流入口２ｂ及び流出口２ｃには、他の部材５を接続するための円筒形状の接続部２ｅ，２ｆが形成されている。下ケース２全体または接続部２ｅ，２ｆが樹脂製である。【選択図】図１
