JOINING MEMBER FOR HOUSING EQUIPMENT MOUNTING WALL
To provide a joining member for a housing equipment mounting wall that reduces the number of nails required when constructing housing equipment mounting walls to reduce workload.SOLUTION: A horizontal member 4 is spanned between a pair of pillars 3 on a housing equipment mounting wall 1, and end parts of the horizontal member 4 and the pillars 3 are joined by a joining member 10. A vertical frame plate material 11 of the joining member 10 is sandwiched between the end parts of the horizontal member 4 and the pillars 3. A biting claw 13 that bites into the pillar 3 is formed on the frame plate material 11. Side plate materials 20 and 30 are connected to longitudinal side edges 11f and 11e on both sides of the frame plate material 11, respectively. A pair of side plate materials 20 and 30 intersect with the frame plate material 11. A fitting recess 14 is defined by the frame plate material 11 and the pair of side plate materials 20 and 30. The end parts of the horizontal member 4 are fitted into the fitting recess 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】住宅設備取付壁を施工する際の釘打ち所要数を減らして、作業負荷を軽減する。【解決手段】住宅設備取付壁1における一対の柱3間に横架材4を架け渡し、横架材4の端部と柱3とを接合部材10によって接合する。接合部材10の鉛直な枠板材11を横架材4の端部と柱3との間に挟み付ける。枠板材11には、柱3に食い込む食い込み爪13を形成する。枠板材11の両側の長手側縁11f,11eにそれぞれ側板材20,30を連ねる。一対の側板材20,30は、枠板材11と交差する。これら枠板材11及び一対の側板材20,30によって、嵌込凹部14を画成する。嵌込凹部14に横架材4の端部を嵌め込む。【選択図】図6
