To provide a chamber, a building, and a method of constructing the chamber, in which a construction period can be shortened by reducing work at a construction site.SOLUTION: There are provided: a chamber 1 formed by a floor part 10, a ceiling part 11, and wall parts 12, 13, in which the chamber 1 is configured such that a plurality of division units 1A, 1B, 1C provided with U-shaped portions 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B, and 3C formed by division horizontal wall parts 10A, 10B, 10C, 11A, 11B, and 11C that form the floor part 10 or the ceiling part 11 and a pair of division wall parts 12A, 12B, 12C, 13A, 13B, and 13C each forming the wall parts 12 and 13 are coupled and stacked vertically in the axial direction of the U-shaped portions 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B, and 3C; a building 100 configured by combining a plurality of the chambers 1 with the axial direction parallel to each other; and a method of constructing the chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
