To provide a mounting structure of wall material with excellent interlayer deformation following performance.SOLUTION: A mounting structure according to the present invention comprises: a wall material that is suspended between floors of a building and includes a core material and a metal material bonded to the surface and back of the core material; an upper restraining portion that restrains the upper part of the wall material in the out-of-plane and in-plane directions of the wall material; and a lower support part for restraining a lower part of the wall material in the out-of-plane direction of the wall material and supporting the lower part of the wall material movably in an in-plane horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
