INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF EVACUATION HATCH
To enhance the appearance, improve safety, and enhance workability by minimizing the difference in level with an outdoor floor area when installing an evacuation hatch.SOLUTION: In an installation structure of an evacuation hatch 10 which is fitted into and installed in an aperture 5 of an outdoor floor area 4, the outdoor floor area 4 comprises a first substrate plywood 6 bonded to the lateral face of the aperture 5 in the outdoor floor area 4 and a second substrate plywood 7 bonded to the top face of the outdoor floor area 4, a waterproof sheet WS is bonded at right angles across both the surface of the first substrate plywood 6 and the surface of the second substrate plywood 7, a buffer material 8 is provided in a frame shape along the edge of the aperture 5 and on the top surface of the waterproof sheet WS, and the evacuation hatch 10 is fixed to the outdoor floor area 4 by placing a flange part 12 which extends from the upper end part of a cylindrical body frame 11 on the top face of the buffer material 8 and driving a fixing material 15 from the inner face of the cylindrical body frame 11 toward a core material F of the floor body 4a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】避難ハッチを屋外床部に対して極力小さな段差となるように設置することで見栄えを良くするとともに安全性の向上を図り、かつ、施工性を向上させる。【解決手段】屋外床部4の開口部5に嵌め込まれて設置される避難ハッチ10の設置構造であって、屋外床部4は、屋外床部4の開口部5側面に貼り付けられた第一下地合板6と、屋外床部4の上面に貼り付けられた第二下地合板7と、を備え、防水シートWSが、第一下地合板6の表面と第二下地合板7の表面に跨って直角に貼り付けられており、緩衝材8が、開口部5の縁に沿って枠状に、かつ、防水シートWSの上面に設けられており、避難ハッチ10は、筒状本体枠11の上端部から張り出すフランジ部12が緩衝材8の上面に載置されるとともに、筒状本体枠11の内側面から床本体4aの芯材Fに向かって固定材15が打ち込まれることで屋外床部4に固定されている。【選択図】図1
