ANCHORAGE MEMBER FIXING DEVICE, FIXING GIRDER FIXING DEVICE, AND ANCHORAGE MEMBER FIXING METHOD
To improve the positional accuracy and installation efficiency of fixing an anchorage member when fixing the anchorage member within roadbed reinforcing bars in advance before concrete placement for continuously anchoring Pca members on a concrete roadbed with changing cross slope.SOLUTION: The anchorage member fixing device that fixes the anchorage member by restraining a concrete non-anchorage portion of the anchorage member includes: a restraint unit having restraint holes for restraining the concrete non-anchorage portions which are opened in the shape of an open circle at the edges of both flanges of two parallel channel steels and communicate with each other in a mode in which the web surfaces of the channel steels are joined together via a connecting material; and a fixing girder that fixes the restraint unit above the roadbed reinforcing bars.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】横断勾配が変化するコンクリート路盤に、Pca部材を連続にアンカー定着するため、予めコンクリート打設前に定着部材を路盤鉄筋内に固定する場合の、定着部材の固定の位置精度、設置効率を向上させる。【解決手段】定着部材のコンクリート非定着部を拘束して定着部材を固定する定着部材固定装置は、2列の平行な溝形鋼のウエブ面同士が繋ぎ材を介し一体に接合される態様の、当該溝形鋼の両方のフランジの縁端に欠円状に解放されかつ互いに連通するコンクリート非定着部を拘束するための拘束孔を有する拘束ユニットと、当該拘束ユニットを路盤鉄筋の上方にて固定する固定桁とから構成される。【選択図】図1
