To provide a protective member which can simply and appropriately protect projection members projecting upward from a foundation.SOLUTION: A protective member 10 for protecting reinforcements K1 projecting upward from a foundation includes a pair of side wall parts 20 arranged at an interval in a horizontal direction, and an upper wall part 40 which includes a honeycomb core 43 and is supported by the pair of side wall parts 20 above the reinforcements K1, wherein the pair of side wall parts 20 further include inside hardwares 60 which are formed so as to be capable of being mounted on the upper face of the foundation, and reinforce an internal corner part between the side wall parts 20 and the upper wall part 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
