To provide flood prevention structure for a wall opening capable of quickly preventing water from penetrating upon flood disaster while avoiding disfigurement of appearance near the wall opening.SOLUTION: A house 10 comprises a window opening 16 formed in an outer wall 12, and a window frame 21 arranged in the window opening 16. The window frame 21 has a pair of vertical frame portions 22a, 22b. The house 10 has a cut-off sheet 41. The cut-off sheet 41 prevents water into a habitable room 11 through the window opening 16 from penetrating, by being brought into developed state in which the cut-off sheet 41 seals a lower area 16a of the window opening 16. A housing space 31 extending in a vertical direction along the vertical frame portion 22a is formed inside the outer wall 12. The housing space 32 can house the cut-off sheet 41 in a wound-up state. The housing space 31 is opened toward a side of the window opening 16 by detaching the vertical frame portion 22a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】壁開口部付近の美観が損なわれるのを回避しながら、水害発生時には迅速に浸水防止を図ることができる壁開口部の浸水防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】住宅１０は、外壁１２に形成された窓開口部１６と、その窓開口部１６に設けられた窓枠２１とを備えている。窓枠２１は、一対の縦枠部２２ａ，２２ｂを有している。住宅１０は、止水シート４１を備えている。止水シート４１は、窓開口部１６の下部領域１６ａを閉鎖する展開状態とされることで、窓開口部１６を通じた居室１１への水の浸入を防止する。外壁１２の内部には、縦枠部２２ａに沿って上下方向に延びる収容空間３１が形成されている。収容空間３２は、止水シート４１を巻き取り状態で収容可能となっている。収容空間３１は、縦枠部２２ａが取り外されることにより、窓開口部１６側に開放されるようになっている。【選択図】 図５
