To form an embankment structure while preventing leakage of embankment material regardless of an arrangement of member or a type of embankment material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of embankment structure comprises a partitioning step for dividing the ground surface and a space above the ground surface in the front and back directions of a wall by arranging a plurality of vertically extending members horizontally to form the wall, a layer forming step for forming a resin layer that spreads along either the front or back surface of the wall, and an embankment step for filling the space on either the front or back side of the wall with embankment material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
