To provide a ceramic body having a low room temperature resistivity and a resistivity at 200°C being 500 times or more of a resistivity at room temperature.SOLUTION: A ceramic body contains as a main component a BaTiO3-based crystal grain having a part of Ba being substituted by a rare earth element and an alkaline earth metal element. This ceramic body includes 1.0-8.0 mass% of a Ba6Ti17O40 crystal grain. Moreover, BaTiO3-based crystal grain has a substitution amount of an alkaline earth metal element being 0.01-0.10 mole per 1 mole of Ba.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】室温抵抗率が低く且つ200℃抵抗率が室温抵抗率の500倍以上であるセラミックス体を提供する。【解決手段】Baの一部が希土類元素及びアルカリ土類金属元素で置換されたBaTiO3系結晶粒子を主成分とするセラミックス体である。このセラミックス体は、Ba6Ti17O40結晶粒子を1.0~8.0質量%含む。また、BaTiO3系結晶粒子は、1モルのBaのうちのアルカリ土類金属元素の置換量が0.01~0.10モルである。【選択図】なし
