COLLISION PREVENTION SYSTEM, COLLISION PREVENTION METHOD, AND PROGRAM
To provide a collision prevention system etc. that can improve safety during a work regardless of a state of a work machine.SOLUTION: A collision prevention system 100 comprises: a first control device that controls an operation of a work machine 200 by controlling an actuator 210 included in the work machine 200; and a second control device that determines whether or not a detection target is located in a predetermined region on the basis of sensing results from a sensor 110. The first control device controls an operation of the work machine 200 on the basis of determination results based on the sensing results by the second control device, and when it is determined that a first condition is satisfied, the first control device performs a process of stopping the operation of the work machine 200 by controlling the actuator 210. The second control device, when it is determined that a second condition is satisfied, performs a process of stopping the operation of the work machine 200 by a stopping mechanism different from that of the actuator 210 controlled by the first control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
