To apply a weld joint for under matching to a weld joint that is formed in a member with a closed cross section such as a column joint.SOLUTION: A weld joint is formed between members with closed cross sections. The weld joint is formed over the whole circumference of cross sections of the members with closed cross sections, where tensile strength of weld metal constituting the weld joint is equal to or higher than 52% and less than 93% of tensile strength of a base material. Further, a weld joint is formed between the members with closed cross sections. The weld joint is formed over the whole circumference of cross sections of the members with closed cross sections, where concrete is filled into the members with closed cross sections and tensile strength of weld metal constituting the weld joint is equal to or higher than 42% and less than 93% of tensile strength of the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
