CLEANING WATER REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM OF DUST COLLECTOR
To provide a cleaning water remote monitoring system of a dust collector which can remotely monitor clogging of a strainer for cleaning water and a cleaning nozzle.SOLUTION: A cleaning water remote monitoring system 10 of a dust collector includes: a cleaning water supply part 20 which cleans a screen 4 of a dust collector; and a remote control device 40 which monitors the cleaning water supply part 20 through a communication part 60. The cleaning water supply part has: a cleaning water supply pump 22 and a cleaning water main pipe 24; a strainer 26 which is disposed in the main pipe and removes refuse; a first pressure sensor 28 which detects a water pressure of the main pipe; a cleaning spray 30 which sprays cleaning water to the screen; a cleaning water branch pipe 32; and a second pressure sensor 34 which detects a water pressure of the branch pipe. The communication part has: first communication means 62 which transmits detection values of the pressure sensors; and second communication means 64 which receives the detection values of the pressure sensors from the first communication means. The remote control device includes a display part 42 which displays the detection values of the pressure sensors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
