FINE PARTICLE AQUEOUS DISPERSION FOR HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION, HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CURED BODY OF HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
To provide a fine particle aqueous dispersion for a hydraulic composition which has high dispersion stability of contained fine particles and further improves compressive strength of a cured body of a hydraulic composition such as concrete at an initial material age (for example, a material age of 16 hours and 24 hours) and a medium to long material age (for example, a material age of 28 days).SOLUTION: A fine particle aqueous dispersion for a hydraulic composition comprises a predetermined organic phosphate ester (A) and inorganic fine particles (B). In a P nuclear NMR measurement of the organic phosphate ester (A) subjected to an alkaline hyper neutralization pretreatment, the P nuclear NMR integral ratio assigned to the organic phosphate ester P1 represented by general formula (1) is 50-99% when the sum of the P nuclear NMR integral ratios assigned to the organic phosphate ester P1 represented by general formula (1), the organic phosphate ester P2 represented by general formula (2), and the organic phosphate ester P3 represented by general formula (3) is 100%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】含有される微粒子の分散安定性が高く、更に、コンクリートなどの水硬性組成物硬化体の初期材齢(例えば、材齢16時間、24時間)及び中長期材齢(例えば、材齢28日)における圧縮強度を向上させる水硬性組成物用微粒子水性分散液を提供する。【解決手段】所定の有機リン酸エステル(A)、及び、無機微粒子(B)を含有し、アルカリ過中和前処理した前記有機リン酸エステル(A)のP核NMR測定において、一般式(1)で示される有機リン酸エステルP1、一般式(2)で示される有機リン酸エステルP2、及び一般式(3)で示される有機リン酸エステルP3に帰属されるP核NMR積分比率の合計を100%としたとき、一般式(1)で示される有機リン酸エステルP1に帰属されるP核NMR積分比率が、50~99%であることを特徴とする、水硬性組成物用微粒子水性分散液。【選択図】なし
