To provide a pile driving tool enabling a pile such as a gardening rod to be easily and quickly driven into the ground.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A pile driving tool comprises: a slide guide bar 2 that vertically extends; a support part 3 that is fixed to an upper end and a lower end of the slide guide bar 2 and can be grasped by one hand; a weight 10 that is loosely fitted to the slide guide bar 2 so as to be freely moved up and down and can be grasped by the other hand; a collision surface part 5A that is disposed at the lower end of the slide guide bar 2 and allows the weight 10 moved down to be collided therewith; and a bottomed cylindrical pile insertion part 11 that is disposed at an upper end of the support part 3, opens downward, and allows an upper end of a pile 21 to be inserted into the inside thereof. An axis of the pile insertion part 11 is in parallel with an axis of the slide guide bar 2 and offsets to a direction separated away from the support part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
