CLOSELY CONTACTING CORE AND INSERTION METHOD OF CLOSELY CONTACTING CORE
To provide a closely contacting core and an insertion method of the closely contacting core, wherein the closely contacting core allows an operator to easily recognize completion of fitting between an inner core part and an outer core part.SOLUTION: A closely contacting core comprises: a cylindrical outer core part 2 that is fitted to a perforation P1 of piping P for water supply and has an engagement protrusion part 23 provided on an inner peripheral surface; and a cylindrical inner core part 3 that is fitted to the inside of the outer core part 2 and has an engagement recess part 34 provided on an outer peripheral surface. In a state where the outer core part 2 is fitted to the perforation P1 of the piping P, the engagement protrusion part 23 of the outer core part 2 slides while pressing an outer peripheral surface of the inner core part 3 when the inner core part 3 is pushed and fitted into the outer core part 2 by an insertion rod R, and the engagement protrusion part of the outer core part is fitted to the engagement recess part 34 of the inner core part 3 in a manner that the engagement protrusion part is fitted into the engagement recess part 34 of the inner core part 3 when the inner core part 3 is completely fitted to the outer core part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本発明は、内側コア部と外側コア部の嵌合の完了を作業者が容易に認識することができる密着コアおよび密着コアの挿入方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】水道の配管Pの穿孔P1に嵌合し、内周面に係合凸部23が設けれた筒状の外側コア部2と、外側コア部2の内側に嵌合し、外周面に係合凹部34が設けられた筒状の内側コア部3とを備える。外側コア部3が配管Pの穿孔P1に嵌合した状態において、挿入棒Rにより内側コア部3が外側コア部3に押し込まれながら嵌合する際、外側コア部3の係合凸部34が内側コア部3の外周面を押圧しながら摺動していき、内側コア部3が外側コア部2に完全に嵌合したときに内側コア部3の係合凹部34に嵌まり込む態様で係合する。【選択図】図3
