To provide a method for installing a support frame that does not require a large work area around a building to be constructed, can be easily and inexpensively installed with almost no fastening work, and can be used for construction on the roof or exterior wall of the building, an installation structure thereof, and a method for installing a work body.SOLUTION: A method for installing a support frame 1 of the present invention includes a first step in which a reference angle material 2 is fixed horizontally in accordance with markings formed on a roof surface A, a second step in which the end of a support member 4 having a vertical support 4A is fixed to the reference angle material 2 with a presser metal fitting 3, and a third step in which rail materials 5A and 5B spaced apart in the height direction are fixed in an erected manner between columns 4A and 4A of adjacent support members 4 and 4'.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
