To provide a diagnosis device for a work machine that can easily identify an apparatus to be maintained and improve the efficiency of maintenance work.SOLUTION: A diagnosis device for a work machine comprises: a display device displaying an operation procedure of the work machine; a controller that acquires a state quantity while the work machine is operated according to the operation procedure from a sensor that detects the state quantity of the work machine and diagnoses an operating performance of the work machine based on the state quantity of the work machine; and an output device that outputs a diagnosis result. The controller measures operating performance values indicating a predetermined operating performance of the work machine and a plurality of factor parameters influencing the operating performance values based on a plurality of state quantities detected by the sensor. The controller calculates a degree of influence of each of the plurality of factor parameters on the operating performance values based on measured values of the plurality of factor parameters and preset reference values per the plurality of factor parameters, and outputs the operating performance value and the degree of influence through the output device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】メンテナンス対象機器の特定を容易に行うことができ、メンテナンス作業の効率を向上可能な作業機械の診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】作業機械の診断装置は、作業機械の操作手順を表示する表示装置と、作業機械の状態量を検出するセンサから操作手順にしたがって作業機械が操作されている間の状態量を取得し、作業機械の状態量に基づいて作業機械の作動性能を診断するコントローラと、診断結果を出力する出力装置とを備える。コントローラは、センサによって検出される複数の状態量に基づいて、作業機械の所定の作動性能を示す作動性能値と、作動性能値に影響を与える複数の要因パラメータとを測定し、複数の要因パラメータの測定値と、複数の要因パラメータ毎に予め定められた基準値とに基づいて、複数の要因パラメータのそれぞれにおける作動性能値に与える影響度を演算し、作動性能値及び影響度を出力装置によって出力させる。【選択図】図４
