BALLAST EXCHANGE SYSTEM
To provide a ballast exchange system capable of preventing generating ballast from being mixed with new ballast without monitoring control of workers.SOLUTION: A ballast exchange system 1 comprises a ballast work vehicle 10 and multiple ballast load vehicles 11-16. The multiple ballast load vehicles 11-16 comprise a storage unit 20a that stores generating ballast generated by a ballast exchange work and new ballast used in the ballast exchange work, a first conveyor 22 that conveys the generating ballast in a first direction from a first end part 11a that is one end part of the storage unit 20a to a second end part 11b that is the other end part of the storage unit 20a, a second conveyor 23 that conveys the generating ballast and the new ballast in a second direction opposite to the first direction, sensors 24 and 25 that detect a state of the ballast stored in the storage unit 20a, and a control device 30 that controls conveying speed of the second conveyor 23 that conveys the ballast according to the state of the ballast detected by the sensors 24 and 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
