To provide a ceiling backing hanger capable of adjusting a height while reducing a burden of upward work and preventing the looseness of a bolt.SOLUTION: A ceiling backing hanger 100 for supporting a ceiling backing material 210, includes: a first member 30 that supports the ceiling backing material 210; a second member 40 that is attached to a beam 10 of a building; bolts 5 that connect the first member 30 and the second member 40; and a loosening prevention member 50 that prevents the looseness of the bolts 5, wherein a head 5a of the bolt 5 is arranged opposite to the second member 40 with respect to the first member 30, and a relative position of the first member 30 with respect to the second member 40 can be changed by turning the bolt 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
