To provide an overhang part accessory that is hard to disfigure an overhang part.SOLUTION: An overhang part accessory is provided in an overhang part 100 of a building. The overhang part accessory 1 includes a wall base 101 of the overhang part 100, a fix-part 2 fixed to a body rim 102 of the overhang part 100 disposed in front of the wall base 101, and a protruding part 3 which protrudes forward from the fix-part 2 and is placed below the body rim 102. The protruding part 3 is configured to be located at a height closer to the body rim 102 than a lower surface 104 of an eaves soffit material 103 of the overhang part 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
