METHOD FOR PLACING UNDERWATER INSEPARABLE CONCRETE
To provide a method for placing underwater inseparable concrete, which can suppress cracks caused by temperature stress or the like.SOLUTION: The method for placing underwater inseparable concrete, which is for building a bottom slab of an open caisson, places underwater inseparable concrete of a flowability holding time control type having a thickener and a retardant added at a building site at a building scheduled place of bottom slab concrete in accordance with the following steps: (A) a primary placing step of placing the underwater inseparable concrete of the flowability holding time control type of a first layer which becomes a lowest layer; (B) a secondary placing step of inserting a tremie pipe into its surface layer part and placing a second layer while the flowability of the first layer is held; (C) thereafter, a sequential lamination step of inserting the tremie pipe into its surface layer part and placing and laminating an (n+1)th layer while the flowability of an nth layer is held; and (D) a final placing step of inserting the tremie pipe into its surface layer part and placing the underwater inseparable concrete constituting an uppermost layer while the flowability of its lower layer is held.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】温度応力よるひび割れの発生を抑制等できる水中不分離性コンクリートの打設工法を提供する。【解決手段】オープンケーソンの底版を構築する水中不分離性コンクリートの打設工法であって、底版コンクリートの構築予定箇所に、増粘剤および遅延剤を該構築現場にて添加した流動性保持時間制御型水中不分離性コンクリートを、下記工程に従い打設する。(A)最下層となる第1層の流動性保持時間制御型水中不分離性コンクリートを打設する、第1次打設工程、(B)第1層の流動性が保持されている間に、その表層部にトレミー管を挿入し、第2層を打設する、第2次打設工程、(C)以降、第n層の流動性が保持されている間に、その表層部にトレミー管を挿入し、第n+1層を打設して積層する、逐次積層工程(D)最上層となる水中不分離性コンクリートを、その下層の流動性が保持されている間に、その表層部にトレミー管を挿入し、打設する、最終打設工程【選択図】図1
