MOLDING METHOD OF CERAMIC BASE COMPOSITE
To mold a high quality ceramic base composite material by suitably impregnating the same with molten silicon and suppressing strength deterioration.SOLUTION: A method of molding a ceramic matrix composite material in which a ceramic matrix composite material is formed by impregnating it with molten silicon comprises steps of: laminating and curing prepregs in which reinforcing fibers and a matrix impregnated with the molten silicon to form a cured laminate; carbonizing the formed cured laminate to form an impregnation path in the cured laminate; and impregnating the cured laminate on which the impregnation path is formed with the molten silicon are carried out, and the base material resin contained in the matrix contains at least a benzoxazine resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
