To provide a garbage storage container hooking implement that can easily and hygienically separate and process a garbage storage container from a garbage storage container hooking implement without contact between garbage bags or the like with dirt or slime and the garbage storage container, and can be used without any problem at any inflow entrance.SOLUTION: A garbage storage container hooking implement that can be placed in a drainage flow channel comprises: a hooking part that removably hooks an opening of a water-permeable garbage storage container that stores garbage therein; a cover part that is provided above the hooking part and covers the hooking part; and a dumping port in communication with the opening of the garbage storage container that is hooked to the hooking part. 【課題】塵芥やぬめりの付着したゴミ袋等ゴミ収納容器に触れることなく、簡易且つ衛生的にゴミ収納容器係止具からゴミ収納容器を分離し処理することができ、またどのような流入口においても支障なく使用することができるゴミ収納容器係止具を提供するものである。【解決手段】排水流路に配置可能なゴミ収納容器係止具を、内部にゴミを収納する通水性を有するゴミ収納容器の開口を着脱可能に係止する係止部と、前記係止部の上方に設けられ前記係止部を覆う覆い部と、前記係止部に係止された前記ゴミ収納容器の開口に連通する投棄口と、を備えて構成する。また前記ゴミ収納容器は可撓性を有する素材で構成する。【選択図】図１２
