A first connection part 17A of the top folded-plate 13A comprises a first top cutout 101A1 and a second top cutout 101A2 cut out toward the top side, respectively, at those parts connected to first connection parts 17B, 17C of the top folded-plates 13B, 13C A length L2a of the first top cutout 101A1 is longer than a length L1a of a first cutout 101B of the first connection part 17B of the first end folded-plate 13B.
