To provide a ventilation duct unit with low cost that is easy to construct.SOLUTION: A ventilation duct unit provided on a side of a precast concrete plate forming an external wall that partitions an indoor side comprises: a first duct which has a hollow portion penetrating in a prospective direction; and two second ducts which are fixed to the first duct, make the hollow portion communicate with an indoor side or an outdoor side, and respectively have a shape material with the same cross section. One of the two second ducts is provided integrally with the precast concrete plate in a state connected to the first duct. The first duct has a fixing portion to which the other of the two second ducts is fixed. The fixing portion is arranged at a position exposed from the precast concrete plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
