GRADIENT CONCRETE FINISHING DEVICE AND GRADIENT CONCRETE FINISHING METHOD
To solve the problem that when roadbed concrete with steep gradient is finished, finishing quality of concrete deteriorates as dynamic lateral flow or surface sag may occur due to compaction or tamping, and no techniques or tools are available yet for freely scraping or tamping narrow and complex shapes.SOLUTION: Beforehand, multiple perforated plates that serve as guides are placed on upper reinforcing bars in such a way that their bottom surfaces align with a finishing level of concrete, and a predetermined amount of concrete is supplied to the bottom surfaces of the perforated plates while trying to stop the flow, and pressed in for compaction, after that, the perforated plates are removed sequentially. On top of that, an arcuate sliding part of a cylindrical rotating body is placed on end parts of the perforated plates that serve as adjacent guides, and moved by sliding to roll on a concrete surface after removal to finish. By doing this, the surface can be efficiently finished while tamping with the cylindrical rotating body, as the adjacent perforated plates still prevent surface sag and dynamic lateral flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】急な勾配を有する路盤コンクリートを仕上げる場合においては、締固めやタンピングを行うと、動的な側方流動や表面の垂れが発生し、コンクリートの仕上げ品質が劣化する。また、狭隘で複雑な形状を自在に掻き揚げタンピングする技術や工具も、見当たらない。【解決手段】予め、ガイドとなる複数の有孔板を、自らの下面をコンクリートの仕上げレベルに合致するよう上側鉄筋上に設置し、所定の量のコンクリートを当該有孔板の下面で流れ止めを図りながら供給しかつ圧入して締固め、その後順次、有孔板を撤去する。その上で円筒回転体の弧状スライド部を隣接のガイドとなる有孔板の端部にかけて、スライド移動させつつ、撤去後のコンクリート面を回転させて仕上げる。そうすると、隣接の有孔板は、依然として表面の垂れや動的な側方流動を抑止するから、円筒回転体にてタンピングしつつ表面を効率よく仕上げることができる。【選択図】図11
