SQUARE STEEL PIPE COLUMN REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE AND DESIGN METHOD FOR SQUARE STEEL PIPE COLUMN REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
To provide a square steel pipe column reinforcement structure which has a simple structure and suppresses a weight and can improve the performance of a square steel pipe column, and a design method for the square steel pipe column reinforcement structure.SOLUTION: In a square steel pipe column reinforcement structure 100, by selecting an appropriate reinforcing material size according to a square steel pipe column 1 to be reinforced, local buckling of the square steel pipe column 1 is allowed, but the buckling deformation is appropriately restrained, thereby slowing down the decline in proof strength after local buckling and improving deformation performance. Furthermore, by limiting reinforcement to ends of the square steel pipe column 1 where local buckling may occur, a significant increase in the number of man-hours can be avoided. In addition, by attaching a reinforcing material 20 at a certain interval from a longitudinal end surface of the square steel pipe column 1, it is possible to prevent an excessive increase in proof strength of the square steel pipe column 1, which would affect the design of surrounding members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】シンプルな構造であり、且つ重量を抑制した構造にて、角形鋼管柱の性能を向上できる角形鋼管柱補強構造、及び角形鋼管柱補強構造の設計方法を提供する。【解決手段】角形鋼管柱補強構造100では、補強する角形鋼管柱1に応じた適切な補強材サイズの選定によって、角形鋼管柱1の局部座屈は許容するが当該座屈変形を適度に拘束することで、局部座屈後の耐力低下を緩やかにし、変形性能を向上させることができる。また、角形鋼管柱1の局部座屈が発生しうる端部に補強を限定することで、工数の大幅な増加を避けることができる。また、補強材20を角形鋼管柱1の長手方向の端面から一定の間隔をあけて取り付けることで、周辺部材の設計への影響を伴うような、角形鋼管柱1の過度な耐力上昇を防ぐことができる。【選択図】図3
