CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN COMPONENTS
To provide a connection structure between components that can allow deviation and connect components with a connecting part even if deviation in a two-dimensional direction and rotational deviation in a circumferential direction occur between two components to be connected.SOLUTION: In a connection structure for connecting components with each other, a plurality of linear elongated holes are provided in a first component so as to respectively cross a plurality of reference lines extending radially outward from the center at a predetermined angle, the angle at which the linear elongated holes cross the reference lines in the first component is adjusted within a predetermined range, and two or more linear elongated holes are provided in a second component in a direction crossing the elongated holes in the first component. In a case where the first component and the second component are overlapped, when a predetermined horizontal deviation and a rotational deviation of an arbitrary angle occur with respect to radiuses of the components, the elongated holes of each component are overlapped at two or more locations, each at at least one location across the center of the component, and connecting components are passed through the overlapping locations to connect the components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】連結対象の2つの部材において、相互に二次元方向のずれ及び周方向の回転ズレが生じた場合でも、ずれを許容して部材どうしを連結部品で連結することができる部材どうしの連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】部材どうしを連結するための連結構造であって、第1部材には複数の直線状の長孔が中心から径方向外側に伸びる複数の基準線に対しそれぞれ所定の角度で交差するように設けられており、第1部材において直線状の長孔が基準線と交差する角度を所定の範囲で調整し、第2部材には第1部材の長孔と交差する方向に2個以上の複数の直線状の長孔が設けられ、第1部材と第2部材とを重ね合わせた際に、部材の半径に対し所定の水平ズレ及び任意の角度の回転ズレが発生した場合でも、各部材の長孔どうしが、部材の中心を挟んで少なくとも1か所ずつ計2か所以上において重合し、重合する箇所で連結部品が通され、部材どうしを連結するように構成した連結構造。【選択図】図1
