To provide an automatic stop assist device which prevents vehicle behavior by carelessness of a worker.SOLUTION: Provided is an automatic stop assist device 60 for a construction machinery vehicle, which is a vehicle equipped with a construction machine and includes a driver seat peripheral unit 50 in which a plurality of driving operators for vehicle running is arranged, and a work operation unit 40 that is arranged at a position away from the driver seat peripheral unit 50 and in which a plurality of work operators for performing work using the construction machine is arranged. When it is estimated that no worker is present at the driver seat 9 and it is determined that a transmission 34 is in a neutral position state where power transmission between an engine 32 and a driving wheel 6B is cut off, the automatic stop assist device applies braking to the wheels upon detecting the movement of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業員の不注意による車両挙動を回避する。【解決手段】建設機械を装備した車両である建設機械車両であり、車両走行用の複数の運転操作子が配置された運転席周辺部５０と、上記運転席周辺部５０から離れた箇所に配置され、上記建設機械を用いた作業を行うための複数の作業操作子が配置された作業操作部４０と、を備える建設機械車両の自動停止アシスト装置６０であって、上記運転席９に作業員が存在しないと推定し、且つ変速機３４がエンジン３２と駆動輪６Ｂとの間の動力伝達を切断した中立位置状態と判定したときに、車両の移動を検出したら、車輪に制動を付与する。【選択図】 図２
