The upper frame base material 34 and the left and right vertical frame base materials are fixed to a building frame 2 facing the outdoor side of an exterior wall material 25. 【課題】防水層に孔を形成することなく止水性を維持できる建物用付設物の取付構造、取付方法および下地ユニットを提供すること。【解決手段】シャッター１の取付構造では、シャッター１には上枠下地材３４、下枠下地材３２および左右の縦枠下地材が取り付けられ、これらが枠組みされて下地枠が構成される。上枠下地材３４および左右の縦枠下地材は、外壁材２５に対して室外側に対向して建物躯体２に固定される。下枠下地材３２は、ＦＲＰ防水層２６に対して室外側に間隔を隔てて対向して配置される。【選択図】図２
