To provide a water level measurement system capable of predicting water level in an area including rivers with high accuracy and adequately outputting an evacuation order.SOLUTION: A water level measurement system in accordance with an embodiment is provided with: a plurality of river level water gauges 2; a flooding prediction part predicting flooding or not in an area A from a water level of a river R measured with the plurality of river level water gauges 2; and general water lever gauges 3 placed at places other than the river R in the area A. The flooding prediction part predicts flooding or not in the area A from the water level of the river R measured with the plurality of river level water gauges 2 and a water level of a position measured with the general water level gauges 3. The plurality of general water level gauges 3 are placed at a plurality of respective places other than the river R, the plurality of places include concave road E, and a shelter H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】河川を含む領域における水位を高精度に予測できると共に、避難指示を適切に出力できる水位計測システムを提供する。【解決手段】一実施形態に係る水位計測システムは、河川Rにおける水位を計測する複数の河川水位計2と、複数の河川水位計2によって計測された河川Rの水位から領域Aにおける洪水の有無を予測する洪水予測部と、領域Aにおける河川R以外の箇所に配置される一般水位計3と、を備える。洪水予測部は、複数の河川水位計2によって計測された河川Rの水位、及び一般水位計3によって計測された箇所の水位から領域Aにおける洪水の有無を予測する。複数の一般水位計3が河川R以外の複数の箇所のそれぞれに配置されており、当該複数の箇所は、窪んだ道路E、及び避難所Hを含む。【選択図】図1
