【課題】防水層に孔を形成することなく止水性を維持できる建物用付設物の取付構造を提供すること。【解決手段】シャッター１の取付構造では、外壁材２５は、建物躯体２のうち開口５よりも上方位置に設けられると共に、外壁材２５の下端部と開口５よりも下方部分との間に段差が形成され、下地枠は、上枠下地材、下枠下地材および左右の縦枠下地材３３を枠組みして構成され、少なくとも上枠下地材および左右の縦枠下地材３３には、外壁材２５との間に配置されるシール材が設けられ、前記左右の縦枠下地材３３の下部には、開口５よりも下方部分との間に配置される弾性当接体３５４が設けられる。【選択図】図４
