ELECTRIC LATCH LOCK
To change a locked state of a reversal latch to a released state when closing a door by using a cam mechanism including a cam gear and a slider movable in a horizontal direction in a reversal latch type electric lock.SOLUTION: An electric latch lock comprises: the reversal latch having a tip part that protrudes from a front of a lock box; a reversal stopping member including a locking piece that stops reversal of the reversal latch; an electric motor whose start-up, rotation direction, and stopping is controlled by a control part; power transmission means including a gear that transmits a driving force of the electric motor; a cam gear linked with the power transmission means; a power conversion mechanism composed of an eccentric cam groove formed in the cam gear and an engaging pin engaging with the eccentric cam groove; and a slider in which a rotary motion of the cam gear becomes a linear motion. When the lock is unlocked and the electric motor is started, the slider advances to the reversal latch side via the power transmission means and the power conversion mechanism and releases a stopped state of the locking piece to the reversal latch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
