To provide an exterior fence design support device that can easily design an exterior fence that can secure lighting while blocking the eyes from the outside, considering a surrounding environment.SOLUTION: An exterior fence design support device (10) comprises: setting processing means (161) that, based on an eyes environment condition for the periphery of a target area, sets at least some of a plurality of virtual blocks constituting an exterior fence as an eyes blocking range; pattern calculation means (162) that, for each of the virtual blocks included in the eyes blocking range, calculates a plurality of hole shape patterns representing the shape of the through holes; extraction means (163) that, for every virtual block, extracts, from the plurality of hole shape patterns, candidate patterns capable of preventing the eyes on the target area; and candidate output means (14) that outputs the candidate patterns extracted by the extraction means as candidates for the shape of the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
