WATER INTAKE DEVICE, AND WATER INTAKE BOX-LIKE BODY
To improve water intake efficiency of a water intake device installed in a waterway, to reduce a lifting load when raising a water intake device, and to reduce a manufacturing cost of a water intake device.SOLUTION: A water intake device comprises a water intake type movable weir 3 interposed in a waterway and taking in water. The water intake type movable weir 3 includes a water intake box-like body 5 formed of a metal plate. Weir plates 10, 11 are provided so as to protrude from left and right ends of the water intake box-like body 5 on an upstream side of the waterway. The water intake box-like body 5 is made of a metal plate, and has a channel-shaped body 46 having a large rigidity and a U-shaped cross section which has a first upright plate 13, a horizontal upper plate portion 16, a horizontal lower plate portion 21, and a second upright plate portion 23 and which is made by bending the metal plate. A portion below an upper end of the second upright plate portion 23 constitutes a water intake tank 19. Upper and lower ends of an inclined water intake screen 33 are connected to a tip of the horizontal upper plate portion and an upper end of the second upright plate portion, and water taken in by the water intake screen is stored in the water intake tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】水路設置の取水装置の取水効率の向上、取水装置を上昇させる際の持ち上げ荷重の軽減、取水装置の製造コストの低減を図る。【解決手段】水路に介在されて取水する取水型可動堰3を備える。取水型可動堰3は、金属板を以て形成された取水箱状体5を具備する。取水箱状体5の水路上流側の左右端部に堰板10,11を突設する。取水箱状体5は、金属板で構成され、第1の起立板13と水平上板部16と水平下板部21と第2の起立板部23を有し、金属板を折曲して構成された、剛性の大なる断面コ字状のチャンネル状体46を具備する。第2の起立板部23の上端より下側の部分が取水槽19を構成する。傾斜する取水スクリーン33の上下端が、水平上板部の先端と第2の起立板部の上端に連結され、取水スクリーンで取水された水が取水槽に収容される。【選択図】図4
