MIST GENERATOR AND MIST GENERATOR USING THE SAME
To provide a mist generator capable of facilitating generation of a spiral flow in a mist passage by forming the spiral mist passage which has a closed section structure.SOLUTION: A mist generator 1 comprises: a first member 2 having a recess 3; and a second member 4 having a projected part 5 received in the recess 3 of the first member 2. A spiral mist passage is provided between the recess 3 of the first member 2 and the projected part 5 of the second member 4. The mist passage has a closed section structure surrounded by the inner peripheral surface 11 of the recess 3 of the first member 2, a downward slope upper surface 12b projected from the inner peripheral surface 11 toward a downward side forming the lower surface of the passage, the outer peripheral surface 22 of the projected part 5 of the second member 4, and a downward slope lower surface 23b projected from the outer peripheral surface 22 toward a downstream side forming the upper surface of the passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 閉断面構造からなるらせん状のミスト流路を形成することで、ミスト流路内においてらせん流が生じやすくなるミスト発生装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 本発明のミスト発生装置１は、凹部３を有する第１部材２と、第１部材２の凹部３に収容される凸部５を有する第２部材４と、を備え、第１部材２の凹部３と第２部材４の凸部５との間にらせん状のミスト流路を設ける。ミスト流路は、第１部材２の凹部３の内周面１１と、内周面１１から突出して流路の下面を形成する下流側に向けて下向きの傾斜上面１２ｂと、前記第２部材４の凸部５の外周面２２と、外周面２２から突出して流路の上面を形成する下流側に向けて下向きの傾斜下面２３ｂと、によって囲まれた閉断面構造からなる。【選択図】 図１
