To provide a placement body fixing structure that can be fixed to a floor portion provided in a frame without causing deterioration of waterproof property by a sheet waterproof structure, and that can fix a placement body to the floor portion for a long period of time by precisely suppressing or preventing misalignment of the placement body.SOLUTION: A placement body fixing structure 60 of the present invention is used for fixing a solar panel unit 70 (placement body) to a floor portion 11 provided in a frame 10 to which a sheet waterproofing structure 1 having an insulation layer 40 and a waterproof sheet 30 is applied, which comprises a fixing metal fitting 50, a spacer 45, a metal sheet piece 34 and a waterproof sheet piece 35. The waterproof sheet 30 has a hole 301 that is formed correspondingly to the spacer 45 and penetrates in the direction of thickness, and the metal sheet piece 34 covers the waterproof sheet 30 by encompassing the hole 301 and the spacer 45 in a plan view of the waterproof sheet 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】シート防水構造による防水性の低下を招くことなく、躯体が備える床部に固定することができ、かつ、配置体の位置ズレが生じるのを的確に抑制または防止して配置体を床部に長期に亘って固定することができる配置体固定構造を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の配置体固定構造６０は、断熱層４０と防水シート３０とを有するシート防水構造１が施された躯体１０が備える床部１１に、ソーラーパネルユニット７０（配置体）を固定するのに用いられるものであり、固定用金具５０とスペーサ４５と金属シート片３４と防水シート片３５とを有し、防水シート３０は、スペーサ４５に対応して形成された、厚さ方向に貫通する孔部３０１が設けられており、金属シート片３４は、防水シート３０の平面視において、孔部３０１およびスペーサ４５を包含して防水シート３０を被覆している。【選択図】図４
